Review: Etude House Collagen Moistfull Peeling Wash

Haii guys!! I'm back home from school. Today is cloudy in here, but few hours ago was so sunny, especially at 12 pm *of course :p*. Maybe for this month i can't make lot of posts than before, cos i have to prepare my self for national test *this i'm waiting for*. I have to do more excercises and exams, for reach a good score :)). So, i'm so sorry guys :(

Last year i bought so many samples, cos the online shop was on great sale hehehe.... :D. You know i have to save my money for my future. Therefore, i just bought so many things when it was on sale.

I bought this, cos my skin lot of dead skin. That really bother me though i use honey scrub (i'll make a diy asap) it's really hurt my skin, cos i've got acne on my forehead and nose. I saw this product was on sale too. So, why not to try this one?    :)

I dunno what they said on this product, cos it wrote on korean *_*. I'm really dunno bout korean #blank. Actually i was learning korean a year ago, but i wasn't resume it, cos my mom couldn't give a permission for me. Don't worry i'm google the product descriptions, so you wouldn't so confuse bout the ingredients (source korean depart). Let's the decriptions:

▶ Net WT.  : 100ml
▶ Ingredients

: konjac, baobab tree extracts, Hydrolyzed collagen
▶ Product Descriptions
: Contains soft natural konjac grains
: Moisture peeling to keep skin moist and smooth
: Takes care of old and dead skin cells
: No Paraben, No mineral oil, No Benzophenone, No Talc
▶ Directions for Use
: After cleansing, apply on dry face, massage for 1-2 minutes, and rinse with tepid water.

I'm glad cos this product has natural substances for ingredients and no artifical chemical.

The texture is creamy-watery and easy to blended out. The peel's particle it's really soft but not so much. Probably, it doesn't hurt your skin at all. Smell is soooooo natural, it's like lime fresh i think *if i'm not mistaken :p*. Really soo fresh, i love this scent so much.

It's pretty easy to use this. After i massaged till more than 2 minutes the dead skin wasn't came a lot :( and some of them was still stay on my skin. Bit dissapointed with this, cos it didn't peeling out all of my dead skin. You can see the before and after

There's no different according to me, obviously in the real.

Overall i don't really like this product. It doesn't work for me, but sometimes if i got irrritate skin i have to use this cos has soft peeling. I recommend this for who has dry and sensitive skin it might be moisture up your skin. For oily and combination skin, it's pretty moiturize your skn too (cos i have combination skin)

Results:
Pros:
  • konjac, baobab tree extracts, Hydrolyzed collagen as the ingredients
  • No Paraben, No mineral oil, No Benzophenone, No Talc
  • Fresh scent
  • Easy to blend texture
  • moiturize my skin
Cons:

  • Doesn't peeling out my dead skin

Rating: 2/5

Nowadays is the first weekend in 2013. Sorry, yesterday i counldn’t continue review bout  Hada Labo. I was sooooo lazy at that time and so tired though i didn’t do anything, maybe it’s like holiday effect -,-. I already review bout the lotion and the milk lotion before, if you haven’t read it just click here. From Hada Labo Shitojyun Ultimate Series, this is the smallest and the pricey product among another product -__- it’s arround IDR 120.000 – 130.000 or USD 12-13 . But, like its friends it’s pretty easy to find in supermarket and drugstore. This has a pump so it’s easily for you to put out the essence.

sorry, i didn't cap the pump :(
Let’s what they said on this product

  •               High Purity arbutin and Vitamin C are 2 active whitening agent which brighten and disguise dark spots so that can make skin more shine and no dull skin
  •             Rich with Hyaluronic Acid which can moisturize the skin and make skin more moist and smoother than before
  •       No scent, no color, mineral oil and ethanol

You can see the ingredients in komposisi. Wrote that it’s contain methylparaben and propylparaben. I don’t know, are they part of  paraben type or another different ingredients? *_*. Google it if you don’t know cos i’m stil google it bout these ingredients. Sorry, i can’t give you more information about ingredients T_T. The good side, it still has arbutin as a whitening ingredients.

The texture is thick but watery and easy to blend. The essence absorb perfectly on my skin. No scent and no color? Yes, it is. There’s no any scent, so this is really suitable for you who don’t really like any scent.

Is it works for me? Yes, moisturize, minimize my pore, and can disgiuse my dark spots even not all of them. Overall it’s pretty works for me. I use this when all of my pimples already gone. I never use this when i got acne-prone skin condition otherwise  it’ll improve my pimples bigger than before >.<  it’s like a nightmare for me. For me, it doesn’t work for whiten my skin, just brighten.

Oh yeah i almost forget, this is the pict bout the texture between the lotion, milk lotion, and essence

Hada Labo Shirojyun Ultimate Whitening Lotion and Ultimate Whitening Milk

From the the name, i’m sure that you thought this is a lotion. But you wrong this is a toner. Actually, i was. When i was looking arround in the supermarket and found this stuff, i was confused. Maybe Hada Labo put the wrong label on their products, cos why the lotion was sooo unlike lotion the most. It’s like toner not a lotion and something that made i confuse. They put Ultimate Whitening milk next to the lotion, I was thinking for a while *yu know i was so smartless* are them like milk cleanser and toner? But, i kept buy them ^^ cos they really best seller on Japan.

Both has same deskription in the back side. What they said on those product
Hada Labo Shirojyun Ultimate Whitening Lotion and milk has 3 plus point:
·         High Purity Arbutin: Extract from bearberry’s plant works for brighten skin tone and hide disguise dark spots
·         Vitamin C: Avoid dull skin and prevent free radicals UV sun radiance affect
·         Hyaluronic Acid: Moiturizes and smoothes the skin
These plus points will make skin bright and keep elastic
·         2 active ingredients agent for skin more brighten
·         1 gram Hyaluronic Acid can keep until 6 liters water, the skin will more moisturize and brighten
·         Has texture like water and absorb easily
·         No scent, no color, and no ethanol
·         Suitable with skin’s pH

Do you know the ingredients? It’s write in komposisi. As you can see it’s contain arbutin that make skin more brighten. For the texture it’s really watery like toner. The scent? Yes, it absolutely doesn’t has scent.
For you that don’t like any scent it’s obviously suitable for you.  No color just same like water.

For the milk lotion it’s kind like ordianary lotion. About the scent there’s no prob when you applied first, but after a while it’ll smell like glue on my hand but not too strong. Nevermind it doesnt’ bother me at all. Color? Has white color like other usual lotion.

Ultimate Lotion:
Is this product works for me? Yes, but not whitening just brighten and moisturize. It’s really sooooooo moisturize my skin when i got dry condition and also works when i got oily condition. Always applies this on the morning and if i get skin dehidration. Watch out, the lotion may spill down from your hand.

Ultimate Milk:
This product works for me, but same with its friend. Just for brigtening and moisturizing, no whitening. Absorbs well on my skin and always use this on the night before apply the essence.
The prices are really affordable compare with the Japanese version. For the lotion is arround IDR 20-30rb or USD 2-3 and the milk lotion is arround IDR 40-60rb or USD 4-6. I got my milk lotion when it was on sale ^^

Results for both of them
Pros:
  • Easy to find
  • Affordable prices
  • Absorbs well onto my skin
  • No scent, no color, no ethanol, no paraben, no artifical chemical
  • Moisturize and brighten up my skin
Cons:
  • Don't whiten up my skin
  • Smells like glue on my hand after apply it (for milk lotion)

Review: Etude House Eyes Cream in Mint Cooling

I'm really satisfy if i can erase my dark circle off hide it. I'm so confuse when i'm looking for product eyes. Every products reveals that they can reduce puffiness and erase dark circle. But, after tried many products it turn up failed on my eyes. No one can erase my dark circle T_T.

Few months ago i bought Etude House Eyes Cream, and i'm sure it can remove my dark circle fluently by using it daily. Instead of that, the packaging was so eyecatching 'o', started from the name it's really harass me.

The texture is really slightly and easily glid on your under eyes. The smell is like mint but not too strong.

After few months i use this, there's no changes happened on my eyes. It still has dark cicles -__-.  But the good side is it has SPF from protect the sunlight and i'm not regret to buy it becos i'm so curious to try this product.

  • Slightly texture
  • Mint scent even it's not too strong *i like mint
  • Easy to find
  • Mid range price
Cons:
  • Didn't erase my dark circles

Back on Sunday again, i think the day going on so fast and fotunately 2 days again is Christmas Day! Merry Christmas for you all that celebrate christmas for you don't  celebrate it, don't worry you should be happy cos it's still holiday. I don't know for few days i'd like to post abaout sun care, actually i'm not in mood of swim, but sun care is the most item i use everyday.

Last holiday, i went to the one of favorite swimming area in Surabaya. It was so crowd there, lot of people spent their holiday by swim. And when i want to changed my clothes, fortunately i found this item in the toilet. Without any long time, i grabbed it fast and i use it. *short story from meh hehe u,u*

What they said on their products :
  • Safe protection against sunburn and premature the skin aging
  • UVA and UVB sistem protect skin from sunburn that can make skin aging. Smooth and nonsticky formula absorbs well onto skin and make skin feel smooth and soft.

At the first time i applied this product, i think this product is gonna be sticky for me. You know all of nivea products usually leave a sticky effects *i think :/*. But, this one is NOT. It's really absorb well onto my skin and didn't leave sticky effect. And also come with waterproof so you wouldn't worry about get sunburn while you on swimming. About the consistency it's so weak but not to watery. For the price i don't know so well, cos i found this stuff :D, but after checked it on near supermarket around my house, the price is range arround IDR 50.000-70.000, yeah it's affrordable price.

Results:

  • Affordable price
  • Easy to find
  • Waterproof
  • SPF 30 PA++
  • Absorbs well
Cons :
  • Not any
Repurchase? Yes, but i want to find this item fotunately :)))

Review : Vaseline Healthy Sun Block

Hoho.... Can you see the date right now? Yap, it's 21/12/12. Wow.. it's doomsday, the day of the of the world (why i use "of" too much? -.-). But it's turn out to failed doomsday. Cos there's no disaster on my city or maybe country. You know that all of the doomsday issue in the world just estimate, no one know the end of the world. All of those secret just know by God.

Go out from doomsday issue, i wanna review one of my favorite sun block. Always uses this thing when i go to swimming. Let's see what they said on their product :

  • Protect and treat your skin
  • Cointains Protein Yogurt that popular can help treat your skin and Aloe Vera Extract as known can keep moisturize your skin
  • SPF 30 & Broad Spectrum Sunscreen PA ++ protect your skin from UVA and UVB adverse.

It comes with easily cap, so it can't easily fall out. Contains 100ml in the small bottle, with reasonable prize also. It just IDR 25.000, the cheap waterproof sun block ever. Plus you can find it in supermarket, drugstore, or local store near your house (if you're in Indonesia)

The texture is a little bit sticky (oww.. my blog ^^). When you pour it, the consitency is like another sun block, but when you blend it the sticky formula will come. The sticky formula doesn't absorb well onto my skin. It's leave white flakes on my skin, if you put a lot, your skin will become so fair than before. So, i recommended you to use this product for swimming not daily use. Oh.. yeah for the smell it's kind a orangish and not too strong. So far it doesn't bother me.

Pros :

  • Cheapppppp ^^
  • Can find everywhere
  • SPF 30 PA ++
  • Orange smell
  • Easy to carry cap
  • Waterproof
Cons:
  • Sticky formula
  • Leave white flakes
Repurchase ? Yes, cos for me banana boat sunblock it's too expensive so i decide to choose this.

Enjoy your failed doomsday guys!

Review : Skin Aqua UV Protection

Hi guys, it's been so long i'm not update my blog again (actually, it's not too long #i think -_-). So today i'm gonna review my favorite suncare/sunscreen/sunblock (or what ever it called). For me, this the best sunblock ever i tried on my skin. I've been looking for good sunblock so long, but there's no product match on my skin. But this product is works well on me. ^_^

And this is the product
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.

This is skin aqua. In this cases, i have 2 types of them. The pink one is mild milk and the white one is moisture gel.

Let's start with the pinky one.

What they said :
moisturise your skin with optimal power :
  • Hyaluronic acid and collagen help moisture and soften the skin..
  • Vitmain E as a antioxidan can hamper free radicals and will shows your skin healthier and softer.
  • Daily use because it has non-sticky formula and smooth on skin.
  • Useable for make up base.
  • Doesn't cointains any stain, parfume, and minerals thing that can increase allergy on sensitive skin.

This has SPF 25 PA++ . It's really good for dry skin because it contains hyaluronic acid, vitamin E, and Collagen. Even i'm not dry skin type, but it' works on me.

The consistency of the liquid isn't really watery and the texture is slightly. When i blended it to my face, it's really absorb perfectly and stand out all day long on my face, before i got sweating. -_-
It has a natural or healthy finished. But i think it's a little bit glowy a t the application and will go out to natural finished after a few minutes.

For the SPF power, i thought it'll not enough for me, cause it just SPF 25 PA++. You know, I'm a student that always going outside the class every breaktime (you can call my self Hyperactive). So, actually i need the higher SPF than SPF 25 PA ++. But, this thing was change my mind. When i was on sport lesson, i must  go to outside right on the center of the schoolyard to do voli test. In that day the was so scary for me. It's like a sharp needle that stab on my skin. I worried my face get sunberned again #lebay. But after voli test, i realized that the sunblock worked on me. Cause there's no sunburned on my skin. But after, sport lesson i got a lot of sweat and maybe this sunblock was fade.

Secondly, the White tube one

(sorry for bad a pic in here, cos it was taken by my old cellphone)

What they said :
  • Optimalization to moisture up your skin with improve Hyaluronis Acid (AcHA) & collagen
  • Vitamin B5, E, and C help improve your skin nutrition till your skin keep healthy and soft.
  • With non-sticky and non greasy formula so it also be use for daily.
  • Useable for make up base.
  •  Doesn't cointains any stain, parfume, and minerals thing that can increase allergy on sensitive skin.

This one has SPF 30 PA++, it's higher than the pinky one and also comes out with non sticky formula. I think the texture is not gel, but more watery.

Why they called gel? not watery

This one it's absorb quickly on my skin too. But, it's really easy to fade out, cos my skin is really easy to sweat. This one can't stand out for all the day to me. It has a more natural glowy finish than the pink one.
If you use this before do make up, your make up will look so healthy and glowy. I think the glowy power it's the same one with etude volumer (if i'm not wrong, cos i never try etude volumer before)

I think both of them have similiar texture and have natural glowy finished too. But, I prefer the mild milk or the pinky tube one. Because it doesn't shows an oily face all the day even my skin type it's not dry or sensitive.

Here the swatches of them

After blending

without flash

with flash

One thing that i like from both  is the tube. Because this tube makes you easy to carry your sunblock and not slop over when you are on hurry situation.

(Sorry, i'm not use the original pic from me, because i forgot to take pict on thee tube part)

Final results :
Pros (+) :
  • Affordable, it's arround IDR 50.000, or USD 4,40
  • Easy to find in supermarket or drugstore
  • Has Improve Hyaluronic Acid, collagen, and vitamins
  • Non sticky formula
  • Non perfumed
  • Doesn't contains any minerals thing and stein
  • High SPF for daily use
  • Can use for make up base
  • Moisturize skin well
  • Easy carry tube
  • Makes skin look healthier and smooth
  • Use for face & body
  • Easy to blend
Cons (-) :
  •  Not waterproof

Consistancy : 4/5
Price : 5/5
